Adrian Silva`s new failure in the battle for those 14 seconds

Silva appealed against FIFA`s decision and asked CAC `urgent interim measures` to allow him to be filmed in Leicester until the final decision on the case was taken.
The CAC has announced that it has rejected the request for interim measures, but the discussion will continue and `the final adviced by football predictions company
decision will be taken after a hearing whose date is yet to be determined`.
